Insanity is a psychogenetic disorder in a persons mind. A person must be adequate to prove they suffered from insanity at the time of the crime; in that respect are several different tests that fanny be make to do this. The test results determine if someone fundament use the insanity plea as a legal defense. When an insanity plea is proven to be true, the person is ordi narily sentenced to a psychiatric facility until the facility feels they are rational and can be released. Infancy is a legal defense use when a child, under septenary years old, breaks the law; a child under 7 does not extensivey pick up right from wrong yet. If a child over seven breaks the law, but it is proven that they know right from wrong, they can be charged as an adult. Cases that involve minors are all different and are dealt with individually; according to the specifics of the case.
